Adding yoga to any child's day could change the way they view their entire week!
Classes are normally 45 minutes long (30 minutes for children younger than 4 yrs.) that starts with
an opening circle, a song, yoga asanas, a breathing exercise, cool down and a closing circle.
Every opening circle gives students a chance to express how they feel emotionally and physically.
A song with arm motions allows students to begin the warming up of their spine, shoulders and upper body.
The yoga asanas are the yoga poses which follow a sequence of warm up, strengthening poses, balancing
poses and then leading to the cool down.
Often, fun activities incorporating music are chosen to liven up the class in between the asanas.
The imagination and creativity that goes into each collaborative class lead by the teacher,
but guided by the students' energy gives students a level of focus, cooperation, trust, discipline
and a willingness to explore.
Basic class rules are simple:
1. Have fun
2. Be safe to all bodies
3. Be a good listener

CLASS SIZE: Up to 10 children maximum each class
In the interest of ensuring each child gets personal attention, we try to keep the class size
small and managable. Sign-up per class will be limited on a first come basis. For tips about
